These terms govern your use of Command Me. By using the app you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Command Me. The app is for consensual adult relationships.
Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at safety@kinkgpt.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree to our Acceptable Use & Content Policy. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Breaking it may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination, and reporting where the law requires.
The assistant offers guidance for consensual D/s dynamics. It is not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Premium is a subscription that renews each month or year until you cancel. One Premium covers both partners, in up to 3 of your dynamics; you choose which. AI credits are a one-off purchase and never expire.
Creators may offer free, members-only, or pay-per-task content. Our team reviews creator profiles and tasks before members see them, and photo proofs before the creator sees them. We may send creator content back with the reason, decline it or remove it. If you turn on your public page, anyone with the link can see your approved name, bio, photo and the titles of your everyday tasks. A membership is a monthly subscription to a creator that unlocks their members-only tasks and renews each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period you paid for ends. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout.

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant Command Me a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload and the consent of anyone depicted in it.
We may remove content, suspend creator or affiliate status, or ban accounts that break these terms or the law. A banned account can no longer sign in. We tell you what we did and why, and you can email safety@kinkgpt.com if you think we got it wrong. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
