Billing, cancellation and refunds

What you can buy

• Premium: $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year. One Premium covers both partners, in up to 3 of your dynamics. You choose which. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• AI credits: 100 credits for $5 or 500 credits for $20. A one-off purchase. Credits never expire.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

How you pay

Our payment provider processes every payment. We never see or store your card details. The charge on your statement carries the name shown at checkout.

Who one Premium covers

One Premium covers both partners, in up to 3 of your dynamics. You choose which in Settings; until you do, it covers the three you joined first. A dynamic where your partner already pays is covered by their Premium and uses none of your three. If your partner's Premium already covers you, there is nothing to buy for that dynamic.

The three are counted from your current dynamics, and you can change them any time. A dynamic outside your three is Free; nobody is charged for it. Someone who stops being covered goes back to the free 50 AI credits a month at once; credits they bought stay. One Premium gives the Premium AI allowance to at most 3 partners in any 30 days, so a partner you switch in may get it a little later.

If the payer cancels, Premium stays until the end of the paid period. After that, or at once after a refund or chargeback, the dynamics it covered return to Free, and their partners get one notice.

Cancel anytime

Cancel in Settings, under Access & billing. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that. You can resume it before that date.

When a renewal payment fails

Premium stays on for 7 days after the renewal date while you update your card. After that it stops until a payment goes through.

Refunds

Premium and credits start as soon as you pay. Once access has started, we do not refund the period or the credits, except when:

• you were charged twice for the same thing;
• a fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for;
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, such as the 14-day withdrawal below.

To ask for one, email safety@kinkgpt.com with the date and the amount. We reply within 5 business days.

Your 14-day right to withdraw (EU and UK)

Buyers in the EU and the UK can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Before every checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access to start right away, and we keep a record of when you did.

• Premium: if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the days you already used.
• Credits: once they are added to your account, the right to withdraw ends.

To withdraw, email safety@kinkgpt.com within 14 days of the purchase.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, the disputed Premium or credits end when we are notified of the dispute. Write to us first. We can usually fix a billing problem faster than a dispute can.

Price changes

If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
