Content Removal & Takedown

Remove content that depicts you

If content on Command Me depicts you, or anyone who has not consented to it, report it right away: use the in-app Report option, or email safety@kinkgpt.com with where the content is and why it should be removed. Your report reaches our moderation team with the content it is about. Content that breaks our policies is taken down, and a photo is deleted.

Report a minor or CSAM

If you believe any content involves a minor, use Report in the app or email safety@kinkgpt.com right away. We report it to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), delete it, and close the accounts involved.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to safety@kinkgpt.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on Command Me.
• Your name, address, and contact details.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and support counter-notices. (Our designated copyright agent will be listed here before public launch.)
